I am a dedicated tutor and researcher with a solid academic background and practical experience in teaching, research, and thesis supervision. I hold a master’s degree in economics and business from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a research master’s degree in business administration from the University of Amsterdam. I am also a recipient of the Erasmus Excellence Scholarship and the Amsterdam Merit Scholarship. Over the last few years, I have worked as an external thesis supervisor, providing thesis assistance to master’s, bachelor’s, and part-time students. I have successfully supervised 200+ theses in marketing, advertising, consumer behavior, finance, accounting, sustainability, and firm performance. I have assisted students in turning their research ideas into problem statements, formulating research questions and hypotheses, designing a sound research proposal, selecting an appropriate methodology for data collection, and performing rigorous data analysis.
My Experiences
My academic experience includes positions as a lecturer, researcher, and research assistant at major Dutch universities, including Erasmus University Rotterdam, the University of Amsterdam, the University of Groningen, and the Cambridge Education Group, where I taught courses in marketing, international marketing, business research methods, and quantitative research methods, developed study plans and exams, and (co-)supervised theses at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. I have also presented my academic research at top international conferences, like the European Marketing Academy Conference (EMAC) in Glasgow, Scotland, and the Informs Marketing Science Conference in Rome, Italy.
